| Every two years, 2M Company holds "Dealer Meetings" in several locations to give our customers a chance to meet with vendors, get continuing education credits, and to show our appreciation for their loyalty to 2M Company (On the off years, we take some of these customers to an exotic location). During these meetings, we like to recognize those outstanding customers, employees, and vendors who stood out over the past year. Customers are recognized based on volume of sales or, for those customers who are not the biggest in their field, those who are loyal to 2M by giving us 100% of their business. To show our appreciation, we have an original painting done by a local artist, Ted Melia, depicting something related to our industry, and then we create limited prints of that painting, framed and matted, to present to these customers, as well as the Employee of the Year and the Vendor of the Year. Flexcon Industries was named the 2M Company "Vendor of the Year" for 2011. The award is given biennially at 2M’s Dealer Meeting to the manufacturer/supplier with highest quality products, best customer service, and highest percentage of shipping accuracy. George Simas (President) and Gerry Duggan (VP Sales) were on hand to accept the award. |
